5th grade parentsPosted by Nurse Stephanie Klever at 4/3/2014Fifth Grade Parents
Students eleven years of age and entering the 6th grade are required to receive two immunizations, a Tdap (protects against diphtheria, tetanus
and pertussis) and the MCV4 (protects against meningococcal disease). As your child celebrates his/her birthday, please follow up with your health
care provider and send an updated immunization record to the Nurse’s office. A schedule of free immunization clinics is available in the rack outside the Nurse’s office.
